Oh no! Has something untimely happened to an item you bought from us? If you think it broke before its time, please let us know by gettin in touch with us.
While we don't issue cash or credit refunds, we will do our best to repair or replace the damaged item if we agree with you that it was a problem on our end that led to its condition. Many repairs on jewelry, cell phone charms, and other small items can usually be done on premises at conventions, if you'd like to bring it to us personally. We will gladly accept larger items at conventions for repair if you let us know by email beforehand. For these items, or items that have worn through natural use, there may be a nominal repair fee, but we're always happy to take a look at it before making any alterations.
For items damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may help file an appropriate claim with the carrier.
