Any merchandise found to be defective on the part of the manufacturer [Neko-jin Designs], rather than through use or abuse of the owner, may be exchanged for the same, or similiar item for up to thirty days after the purchase date.

Shipped items that arrive broken must be declared within 7 days after the date of arrival.

Any check made out to Neko-jin Designs or either of its representatives that is returned due to insufficient funds will incur an additional fee of at least ten but no more than thirty dollars along with the original amount. A check is a contract; failure to pay will result in legal action.
