5% sales tax is collected on packages shipped within the state of Maine. Shipping within the continental United States is based on weight and handling. Items are sent Tuesday through Friday via the United States Postal Service using either first class or priority mail.

All items are packed carefully and efficiently; therefore, Neko-jin Designs cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected, or damaged packages that may occur while in transit. If you have any questions about shipping--amount, method, or other--please ask before placing your order.

Neko-jin Designs is not responsible for any delays that may prohibit your item from arriving at your door in a less than timely manner. In other words, we can't control the post office during the holiday seasons. If you would like to purchase a higher level of shipping to ensure your item's delivery within a certain time frame, please email before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you and invoice you accordingly.

If you are located outside the continental United States, please email us with your full address and the items that you wish to purchase. We will contact you shortly with the exact amount of the item plus shipping to your country.

When shipping internationally, insurance for the amount of your items is included, as well as postal tracking, guaranteeing a safe arrival to your country. International customers are responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes, and fees that may be due on packages mailed outside the United States.
