Frequently Asked Questions

  • As everything is made to order, packages take 2-3 weeks to mail. An email with tracking is sent as soon as an order has shipped. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please take your tracking number to your local post office or contact us.

  • We’re committed to cutting waste and recycling whenever possible. This means we often reuse packaging materials, including boxes.

  • If an item in your order arrived broken or damaged, contact us as soon as possible so that we can begin the claims process and send you a replacement. We’ll require photographic proof of damage for insurance purposes. Replacements may take an additional 2 weeks to arrive.

  • We wish there was a better reason than ‘It simply is’, but…it simply is. Shipping outside (and inside) the USA has gone up exponentially in the last few years and there’s unfortunately nothing we can do to offset it. :(

  • All of our blankets, pillows, and clothing are machine washable on cold. Pillows are air dry, and may require some fluffing to resume their shape. Blankets may be machine dried on low heat. Clothing like t-shirts and hoodies may be machine dried on low heat. Face masks are air dry only. Messenger bags are spot clean only.

  • Due to supply chain issues that arose during COVID, we were forced to discontinue our line of hug pillows. Pillows can be requested as a custom order and begin at $50.00 for our classic round, increasing in price depending on complexity, size, and shape.
